Standard Services include:

- Providing preliminary Building Cost Estimates based on initial concept design sketches.
- Development Application preparation and submission to council.
- Coordinating architectural drawings with engineer's drawings and obtaining approvals.
- Construction Certificate preparation and submission to council or other authorities.
- Providing advice on construction costs and liaising with builder on client's behalf.

Premium Services include all the above plus:

- 3D images and Photomontages if required by client.
- Interior and Exterior paint colour selection.
- Colour and finishes coordination.
- Schedules of Fittings, Fixtures and Finishes.
- Detailed Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry Designs.
- Detailed custom made Joinery Design.
- Ceiling Plans and Electrical Plans.
